and reliability to ensure SiCpower transistors consistently meet customer
requirements from product introduction through high-volume manufacturing

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

- A University degree in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Material Science or in a comparable fie
- Experience in the semiconductor industry as a (FE) Process Integration Engineer or Product Engineer
- Sound knowledge in the field of Front-End Wafer
Fabrication and Semiconductor Device Physics (PN Diodes, MOSFETs, etc.)
- A
proactive personality and are willing to take ownership
- Excellent
communication skills in English
