YOUR NEW ROLE

Bring world-class performances to life at Sydney Opera House. As a Production Manager, you’ll be the vital link between artistic vision and technical delivery, transforming creative concepts into seamless, cost-effective productions. Acting as the primary technical contact for clients and staff, you’ll coordinate production services, manage critical event information, and ensure every performance runs flawlessly. ARE YOU THE ONE?

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate that you can:

- Lead technical planning and event delivery, balancing client needs with SOH artistic, operational and commercial objectives.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder and service provider relationships to achieve strategic and operational outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with SOH policies, Enterprise Agreement requirements, WH&S legislation and event risk management procedures.
- Plan and manage staffing, equipment, third-party services, and technical operations, including bump-in and bump-out, within budget.
- Contribute to organisational projects and continuous improvement initiatives, developing effective procedures and cross-departmental collaboration.
