Key Responsibilities
Start up at the local factory of semiconductor manufacturing machines and equipment.
Assembly of a semiconductor equipment. Maintenance and management of semiconductor manufacturing equipment
Adjustment of semiconductor equipment.
Overseas, domestic business trip (About 70% - 80%) .

Work Experience

Academic Must Have: Mechanical Engineer OR Electrical Engineer
Male Candidates
Candidate should be willing for Japan / Global location Onsite Travel for 12 - 18 Months
Office Location in Japan: Tokyo Electron, Sendai, Miyagi
During Japan Travel, we will provide Quest Global, Japan Offer letter for each employee from Taiwan
Person who does not mind standing for long time in clean room.
Person who can do a business trip for approximately 1.5～3 months at a time

Experience in installation of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, LCD manufacture Equipment and medical device.
Experience in work in clean room.
Exposure to safety standards pertaining to Semiconductor equipment industry.
Outstanding communication skills which can communicate with global team or stakeholder.
Technical Skills:
Comfort with performing standing work inside cleanroom environments and a strong preference for hands-on machine troubleshooting.
Understand the customers’ and our team member’s requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or translation
Equipment Start-up & Assembly: Handle onsite factory start-up, assembly, and fine adjustment of semiconductor manufacturing machines.
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
Engineers should work on cleanroom environment.
Translation & Interpretation: Translate documents, emails, tickets, and presentations from Mandarin to English and vice versa. Provide real-time interpretation during meetings and calls.
Communication Bridge: Facilitate communication between departments (e.g. operations, customer service) to ensure project alignment.
Customer/Client Support: Handle inquiries, disputes, or service requests from Mandarin-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat
