We are CBH. We are what you’re looking for.
The Role
As Coordinator – Expediting, you will play an important role in supporting CBH’s Procurement team and the wider business by helping purchasing activity, supplier follow-up and delivery timelines stay on track. This Perth-based role suits someone who enjoys bringing people, systems and information together to support reliable outcomes.

Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate purchasing and expediting activities, including raising, amending and following up purchase orders in line with Procurement requirements.
- Maintain accurate information in SAP, including order status, delivery dates, quantities, pricing and reporting data.
- Work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to confirm requirements, track delivery progress and resolve order, delivery or pricing queries.
- Support procurement reporting, including supplier performance and delivery information, to help identify risks and improvement opportunities.
- Guide internal teams through purchasing processes and help support compliant, reliable and efficient procurement outcomes.
About You:
- Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, expediting, supply chain, logistics or a similar coordination role.
- Confident using SAP, S/4HANA or another ERP system, with the ability to maintain accurate system information.
- Well-developed planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- A degree or qualification in finance, business administration, commerce, procurement or supply chain would be highly regarded.
