International IT Recruiter | Delivery

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our Delivery team and support recruitment projects for international clients across different markets and industries . This role offers the opportunity to work in a multicultural environment, engaging with candidates and stakeholders from different countries while helping companies find the best IT talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT profiles;
- Work closely with international clients and hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs;
- Create and publish job advertisements across relevant platforms;
- Screen and assess applications and CVs;
- Conduct phone screenings and interviews in English and/or other required languages;
- Present and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process;
- Prepare candidate reports and recommendations for clients;
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.

What We Are Looking For

- Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources Management, or a related field;
- Strong interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, particularly within the IT sector;
- At least 6 months of experience in IT recruitment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Comfortable working with international candidates and clients;
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn;
- Resilient, dynamic, and organized profile;
- Team-oriented mindset;
- Results-driven approach and strong sense of responsibility;
- Ability to manage priorities and work in a fast-paced environment;

- English proficiency at B2/C1 level (mandatory)
