What this job involves

As an EMEA Strategic & Procurement Buyer, you'll play a crucial role in executing our sourcing strategies and delivering value across our regional portfolio. You'll be responsible for implementing annual sourcing plans, managing supplier relationships, and driving cost savings initiatives that directly impact our business performance.

Your day-to-day will involve conducting RFPs, negotiating with suppliers, and executing e-auctions through our Bravo system. You'll work closely with operational and finance teams to ensure procurement activities align with business requirements while maintaining compliance with JLL's contracting and risk management standards.

You'll also take ownership of the Strategic Sourcing Audit program, monitor supplier performance through KPIs and SLAs, and support quarterly business reviews. Your analytical skills will be essential as you complete commercial due diligence, track savings delivery, and provide insights that drive continuous improvement across our procurement function.

This role offers exposure to diverse sourcing categories and the opportunity to contribute to regional procurement programs while developing your strategic sourcing expertise in a dynamic, international environment.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Essential:

- Minimum one year of experience working as a Buyer or Procurement/Sourcing Specialist
- Fluent English language skills (mandatory)
- Additional European language proficiency (French, German, or other EU language)
- Proven experience in procurement processes, e-auctions, and sourcing contracted services
- Strong analytical abilities and excellent numerical/commercial acumen
- Outstanding organizational and administrative capabilities
- Excellent follow-through with demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks through completion
- Customer service mindset with commitment to resolving requests and problems effectively
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
