We're looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to join our Iberia team in Madrid. In this role, you'll report to the Senior Trade Marketing Manager and lead and execute retail marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, shopper engagement, and sustainable commercial growth across key retail partners.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead strategic trade marketing campaigns and initiatives across Iberia region, owning budgets and delivering measurable commercial impact.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Retail customers to develop and execute outstanding omnichannel campaigns.
- Enhance the trade retail plans ensuring strong alignment with the wider Western Europe marketing strategy.
- Leverage shopper, consumer, and retailer insights to inform decisions, optimise campaigns, and improve performance.
- Represent Trade Marketing within the Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) process.
- Manage the development of bespoke in-store activations, displays, endcaps, and promotional materials.
- Identify innovation opportunities and implement new marketing solutions using a test-and-learn approach.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI, making data-driven recommendations for future activity.
What We're Looking For
- Work experience in Trade Marketing, ideally within a consumer goods, retail or high-profile branded environments, with a proven track record of delivering impactful retail activations.
- Passionate about retail, marketing trends and brand experiences, with a natural curiosity for what’s new in the industry and a strong creative mindset. Able to think outside the box, challenge conventional approaches and turn fresh, relevant ideas into distinctive experiences that stand out.
- Strong understanding of the Iberia (Spain & Portugal) retail landscape and omnichannel shopper marketing.
- Demonstrated success delivering trade marketing campaigns across both physical and digital retail channels.
- Experience managing budgets and analysing campaign performance to drive ROI.
- A commercially focused mindset with a proven track record of delivering business results.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across the wider teams.
- Experience working with retailers, agencies, sales teams, and marketing teams.
- Retail media knowledge.
- Fluent Spanish and English, written and spoken. Portuguese will be valuable, but not mandatory.
