Your expertise in demand planning makes you a trusted partner to Supply Chain and Commercial teams. In this role, you will leverage advanced statistical forecasting models and business insight to deliver accurate demand plans that directly influence product availability, customer satisfaction, and supply chain efficiency across the CEEMEA region.

Core Responsibilities

- Own the 1 to 20-month Sell-in Outlook forecast for designated LEGO themes and products across the CEEMEA region.
- Develop and maintain monthly demand plans using machine learning-driven statistical forecasting models.
- Ensure forecasts accurately reflect marketing activities, product launches, promotions, and commercial strategies across the planning horizon.
- Improve forecast accuracy and actively eliminate forecast bias through robust planning practices and performance analysis.
- Participate in Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes, evaluating actual performance and managing weekly forecast updates where required.
- Partner closely with regional and global Marketing teams to provide demand insights for new product introductions and promotional initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with global demand planning processes and maintain consistency of assumptions across the planning horizon.
- Support the rollout of new and impactful global demand planning processes and tools.
- Lead the monthly submission process and drive adoption of statistical forecasting models within the wider team.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Analytics & Insights and Data Forecasting teams on demand planning topics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across Commercial, Supply Chain, Analytics, and Marketing teams.

Reporting to the CEEMEA Demand Planning Director within Global Commercial Operations, you will play a critical role in delivering strong commercial outcomes through accurate forecasting and objective demand planning.

The insights you generate help shape revenue and profitability expectations while enabling our Supply Chain teams to manufacture the right products at the right time. Your work directly supports high product availability for consumers while helping reduce waste and improve overall operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

- In-depth years' experience within a consumer goods environment in in a demand planning or supply planning.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Demonstrated success improving forecast accuracy and reducing forecast bias.
- Strong analytical and statistical capabilities with an ability to manage complexity and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate and influence across multiple functions.
- Ability to work 3 days per week from contracted office (2 days from home)

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience leading change management initiatives.
- Experience working within a matrix organisation.
- Power BI reporting and visualisation skills.
- Knowledge of advanced forecasting methodologies and machine learning applications.

Language Requirements

- Advanced English both written and spoken (C1 level or above).
