Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an Order/Electronic Image Processor II to join our team. In this role, you will review and process customer orders, ensure order information is complete and accurate, and work closely with manufacturing and customer service to help keep orders moving through production.

Your Responsibilities:

- Review and interpret customer order information to ensure all required information is complete and accurate
- Determine the appropriate system for order entry and accurately enter customer orders
- Respond to questions from manufacturing and customer service regarding specific orders
- Prepare, organize, and sort orders for entry and processing
- Identify missing or incorrect order information and help resolve discrepancies
- Work effectively with co-workers, supervisors, vendors, and other teams to support daily operations
- Maintain attendance according to facility guidelines

Shift Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM

You Must Have:

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn order-processing systems
- Accurate typing skills of 40 WPM or more
- Ability to communicate professionally with employees and other internal partners
- Ability to read and understand work orders, safety regulations, operating procedures, and other job-related documents
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals

Requirements Within This Position:

- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand

- Regularly required to remain in a stationary position

- Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials

- Frequently required to move inside the facility

- Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

We Would Also Prefer:

- Knowledge and experience using Avalon and PPlus systems

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $23-24. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
