Commercial Account Manager – HVAC
Location: Calgary, AB
Were working with a leading HVAC manufacturer/distributor looking for a Commercial Account Manager to grow their commercial business in Calgary, AB.
This is a customer-facing sales role focused on building relationships, growing a territory, and developing new business with HVAC contractors, dealers, and consulting engineers.
What youll be doing:
- Grow sales and market share across the territory
- Develop new customers and dealer relationships
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
- Provide quotes, product information, and technical support to customers
- Work with consulting engineers on equipment selection and specifications
- Schedule and deliver lunch & learns with engineering firms
- Coordinate customer training and support new product initiatives
- Stay on top of customer orders, product availability, and market activity
What were looking for:
- 3–5+ years of HVAC/R sales experience
- HVAC education or equivalent technical background
- Strong refrigeration knowledge
- Experience selling to contractors, dealers, or consulting engineers
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and driven to succeed
