Bookkeeper – Fire Sprinkler Contractor
Location: North York, ON
Were working with an established fire sprinkler contractor looking for a Bookkeeper to support their day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping needs.
This is a great opportunity for someone with an accounting background, experience with Jonas Software, and a hands-on, can-do attitude .
What youll be doing:
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting duties
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist with invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Support month-end accounting processes
- Assist with job costing and other project-related accounting
- Work with internal teams to resolve billing and accounting questions
- Take on other accounting and administrative tasks as needed
What were looking for:
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Experience working with Jonas Software
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills
- A hands-on, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Experience in construction, mechanical, or fire protection is an asset
