MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Procurement Analyst to join our team in Chantilly, VA .

This role supports critical logistics and procurement operations by providing full-spectrum support in warehouse and procurement management. You will bring your experience and dedication to maintaining equipment accountability and drive process improvements in accordance with MANTECH and customer standards.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Manage and coordinate procurement purchases, track warranties, and create or reconcile purchase requests and orders using government financial tools such as FOCUS, ESAM, and SAP.
- Review and approve quotes, create DD250 and DD1149 forms for equipment transfers, and support Engineering in gathering information for new equipment.
- Manage and control government property, ensuring 100% inventory tracking, accountability, and verification of records in the SAP database.
- Create, update, and implement procurement support Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) detailing asset management, warranty, and inventory control.
- Conduct periodic inventory sampling, handle shipping and receiving in compliance with procedures, and execute strategies to address audit findings.
- Maintain detailed accounting of all temporary and permanent transfers of government property using applicable documentation, directives, and customer instructions.
- Track procurements and delivery dates proactively while updating material tracking databases to generate monthly Customer Acquired Property Reports and provide real-time status updates.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ additional years of additional work experience in lieu of a degree
- 5+ years of logistics experience, preferably supporting the U.S. Government.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and familiarity with industry and government logistics and property accountability regulations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain effective vendor and customer relationships.
- DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification (e.g., Security+, CCNA Security) or the ability to obtain it within 6 months of hire.
- Ability to travel up to 25% within the Continental U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience utilizing government financial and asset tracking tools including FOCUS, ESAM, and SAP.
- Proven ability to maintain current SAP certifications and lead inventory control processes.

Clearance Requirements:

- Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Top Secret / SCI clearance with Polygraph.

Physical Requirements:

- Must be able to walk for long periods within a warehouse or customer workplace setting to conduct inventories and inspect equipment.
- Must be able to perform physical actions such as bending, squatting, and maneuvering around crowded locations during inspections.
- Must be able to lift and move equipment and boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment.

The projected compensation range for this position is $87,600.00-$145,700.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
