Golf Course Maintenance Staff

Raintree Country Club , located in Charlotte, NC , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Golf Course Maintenance Staff ! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation:

$18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

- Operates all equipment used daily in golf course maintenance operations.

- Mows greens, tees, and fairways with appropriate mowers.

- Assists in fertilization and daily upkeep of the golf course.

- Reports mechanical issues immediately to the Head Mechanic.

- Installs detailed drainage and irrigation systems as directed by the Superintendent with precision and understanding.

- Ensures safety and proper operation of equipment and maintains awareness of other associates and members in the course of operations.

- Performs other duties as directed by the Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent.

Qualifications:

- reliable, respectful, and be willing to learn.

- must be able to lift 50 lbs and be in good physical condition.

- Please be aware that weekend and holiday work is required.
