Job Requirements/Duties:
- Part of the Corporate FP&A team, supporting expense analytics for the IT CXO organization and management of SLA/ CCA
- Involved in advancing our IT reporting capabilities and enhanced planning and forecasting processes
- SLA (Service Level Agreement) and CCA (Cost Contribution Agreement) - planning and administration of chargebacks and agreements related to contracts/services shared between entities.
- Review and analyze cost allocation models, maintain contracts/agreements and work with the team to manage financial impact, downstream process and correlation of allocations to budget.
- Review and execute transactions related to intercompany allocations and ensure integration with financials using internal systems.
- Chargeback Reporting – build and maintain standard and ad-hoc reporting/allocation logic for internal systems to provide transparency and buildout of chargeback modeling for IT expenditures.
- Chargeback Maintenance - maintenance of model for cost chargebacks to ensure accuracy of costs/consumptions, enable automated chargebacks and streamline the budget and resource forecast process.
- SLA Alignment & Compliance – validate that SLAs are aligned with Financial, Regulatory, Quality, Corporate and Government compliance requirements for each IT service and help internal service providers detail the level of service expected in the these requirements.
- SLA Framework Implementation and Issue Resolution – establish an SLA framework to determine, negotiate, document and agree on service level requirements and work with stakeholders to resolve any associated issues.
- SLA Maintenance, Remediation Planning and Reviews – ensure proper maintenance in appropriate systems to measure service performance against targets, monitor remediation plans related to requirements and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Assist with overall reporting specifications for the IT Division.
- Administrative Tasks – tasks consisting of time tracking, configuration management and other ad-hoc tasks to support the team’s primary functions.
Experience/Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher is required
- 3+ years of experience in IT divisions working with Service Level/Cost Contribution Agreements
- Preferred candidate has knowledge of TBM (Technology Business Management), Regulation W and overall cost-allocation modeling
- Proficiency in using OneStream as well as Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint is required); Other applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, Access, Visio, Project are preferred
- Familiarity with Copilot and/ or Claude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines
- Excellent communication, teamwork and organizations skills
The expected base salary ranges from $93,000 - $150,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, including Medical, Dental and 401K plans, successful candidates are also eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
