About the Opportunity:
A respected and growing commercial electrical contractor with a strong reputation for quality workmanship, long-term employee retention, and exceptional customer service throughout the Pacific Northwest is
seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager / Estimator to help drive business growth while leading projects from preconstruction through completion. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in both winning work and ensuring successful project execution.
What You'll Do:

- Prepare accurate electrical estimates and competitive bid proposals

- Review plans, specifications, and bid documents

- Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing analysis

- Identify project risks and opportunities during the bidding process

- Participate in bid reviews and project handoffs

- Manage commercial electrical projects from award through closeout

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams

- Monitor project schedules, budgets, labor utilization, and procurement

- Forecast costs and project profitability

- Lead project meetings and maintain client relationships

- Resolve project challenges proactively to keep projects on track

- Conduct local project site visits as needed

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of Electrical Project Management and/or Estimating experience

- Commercial electrical construction experience

- Proven experience estimating and managing projects valued between $1M-$10M

- Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction methods, and project execution

- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills

Compensation & Benefits:

- $110,000 - $155,000 Base Salary
