Job Description
The Senior Consultant, Network Product Solutions is responsible for driving commercialization, adoption, and revenue growth for Visa Acceptance Network Products across Latin America and the Caribbean. This role serves as the regional product leader for network-based acceptance solutions, translating client needs, market trends, and strategic priorities into scalable commercial opportunities.
The Senior Manager partners closely with Sales, Product, Client Services, Sales Engineering, and Technology teams to accelerate adoption of Acceptance Network Products. The role influences regional priorities, supports go-to-market execution, and ensures network products contribute to Visa's growth objectives
Core Responsibilities
Product Commercialization & Revenue Growth
- Own regional business growth objectives for the Network Products portfolio.
- Develop and execute commercialization strategies to increase product adoption and revenue.
- Identify whitespace opportunities and build business cases for client expansion.
- Support pipeline development and deal acceleration across LAC markets.
- Monitor product performance and adoption KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
Product Strategy & Portfolio Management
- Define regional priorities for Acceptance Network Products based on client demand, market opportunity, and strategic impact.
- Translate local market requirements into input for global product roadmaps.
- Support launch readiness and market introduction of new network products and capabilities.
- Drive product positioning, pricing recommendations, and value proposition development.
- Advocate for LAC priorities with global product organizations.
Client Engagement & Market Development
- Partner directly with strategic clients, acquirers, issuers, processors, fintechs, and merchants.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Network Products during executive client discussions.
- Gather market intelligence and client feedback to influence product evolution.
- Support strategic opportunities and complex solution design efforts.
- Represent Visa Acceptance Solutions at industry and client forums.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Drive alignment across Sales, Sales Engineering, Product, Technology, and Client Services teams.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives required for product launches and adoption programs.
- Coordinate go-to-market execution, training, and enablement activities.
- Support intake prioritization and roadmap governance processes.
- Ensure operational readiness for successful product deployment and scaling.
Strategic Partnerships
- Develop relationships with technology partners and ecosystem participants.
- Identify opportunities to expand Visa's network value proposition through partnerships.
- Support partner engagement strategies that increase adoption and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with global teams to maximize regional impact.
The Senior Manager’s success will be measured across five key areas:
- Commercial Growth: Drive Network Product revenue, build and convert pipeline opportunities, and expand strategic business growth.
- Adoption & Expansion: Increase product adoption across LAC, improve client activation and utilization, and grow existing client portfolios.
- Product Leadership: Successfully launch new capabilities, influence product roadmap priorities, and ensure strong regional execution.
- Client & Partner Impact: Strengthen strategic client relationships, expand partner ecosystems, and maintain high stakeholder satisfaction.
- Operational Excellence: Deliver against KPIs, lead effective cross-functional execution, and achieve commercialization objectives.
Shorter version:
Success is measured by revenue growth, pipeline expansion, product adoption, successful launches, client and partner impact, and consistent delivery of commercialization and operational objectives across LAC.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in payments, fintech, acceptance solutions, network products, or related technology industries.
- Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, acquiring, issuing, authentication, fraud solutions, and digital commerce.
- Experience managing product commercialization, business development, or go-to-market programs.
- Proven ability to influence and drive execution across matrixed organizations.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and business case development skills.
- Executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience working across Latin America and Caribbean markets preferred.
- English and Spanish required; Portuguese preferred.
The Network Product Solutions Sr. Manager is accountable for:
- Growing revenue and adoption of Acceptance Network Products across LAC.
- Driving commercialization and go-to-market execution for network capabilities.
- Representing regional client needs and influencing global product priorities.
- Building pipeline and strategic opportunities with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Aligning Sales, Product, Technology, and Client Services teams to accelerate business growth and product adoption.

Information for US Applicants
For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $146.300,00 to $ 234.400,00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
