Were looking for a motivated, proactive, and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to the Vice President of Business Intelligence and Transaction Risk . This is a high-visibility role where youll work closely with senior leadership and play an important part in keeping priorities, meetings, travel, communication, and day-to-day operations running smoothly. Youll be trusted to manage a high volume of moving pieces, anticipate needs, prioritize effectively, and take action with minimal direction. ## What Youll Be Doing

### 📅 Own Complex Calendar Management
Manage a complex, high-volume executive calendar with a strong understanding of priorities and urgency. Coordinate and schedule meetings while balancing competing requests. Monitor and track the Vice Presidents meetings, priorities, and emails. Act as a proxy when necessary to help ensure important requests receive timely attention and follow-through. Adjust quickly as schedules and business priorities change.
### Coordinate Travel & Expenses
Manage executive travel arrangements and ensure plans are organized and coordinated. Handle expense management and related administrative responsibilities. Stay on top of changing plans and quickly address issues that require immediate attention.
### Keep Priorities & Deliverables Moving
Manage multiple tasks, requests, and action items simultaneously. Track important deliverables and provide timely follow-up. Prepare materials and information needed by leadership. Apply the appropriate level of urgency to incoming requests and changing priorities. Take ownership of tasks with little to no guidance .
### 💼 Provide High-Level Administrative Support
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Vice President and office. Partner professionally with individuals both inside and outside the company. Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of integrity and discretion. React quickly to situations requiring rapid response or turnaround. Help create an organized, efficient environment for leadership in a fast-moving global organization.

- Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance.
- Impeccable attention to detail and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Professionalism in dealing with professionals inside and outside the company.
- 2+ years of experience supporting management (VPs, VPs, or CEOs).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Experience with executive support, calendar management, and administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, and travel management tools such as Concur.
- Skills in event coordination and customer service.

This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
