What You will Do:

· Component Assembly: Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies to form complete according to engineering drawings and specifications.

· Inspection and Testing: Conduct inspections and tests to ensure that components meet quality standards and specifications. Identify and address any defects or issues.

· Use of Tools and Equipment: Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to assemble and test.

· Documentation: Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, test results, and any adjustments or repairs made.

· Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve assembly issues, ensuring that the final product is fully functional and meets all performance requirements.

· Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, quality control, and other team members to ensure efficient and accurate assembly processes.

· Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

What You Will Bring:

· A Bachelor’s OR Associate/ 7+ years working experience in a Precision Engineering environment.

· Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

· Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Aerospace or defense industry manufacturing experience (Preferred)

· Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment but can also be self-directed required.

Pay Range: $32.69-$33.65 per hour

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

This role is considered an on-site position located in York, NE

- You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
- Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, No travel is required.

Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
