What You'll Do
As a Manager – BCG Vantage within BCG's Health Care Practice Area, you will collaborate and partner in a growing global team, providing expertise and insights in Biopharma Commercial.
You will partner closely with case and proposal teams to deliver high-quality analysis and expert guidance. Acting as a thought partner and subject matter expert, you will support case teams and topic leaders in structuring and solving complex challenges.
In this role, you will primarily focus on patient claims data analytics across a broad range of biopharma commercial topics – defining analytical approaches, conducting advanced analyses, and translating insights into robust, actionable strategies. Working closely with the Topic Offer Lead, you will drive the development, deployment, and adoption of BCG’s proprietary digital assets and tools, with a particular focus on AI-enabled solutions that strengthen and scale the topic business. You will also play an active role in commercialization, partnering with business leaders to advance asset development, shape compelling client proposals, and drive go-to-market activities.
As a Manager – BCG Vantage, you may also line manage a team of junior colleagues, taking responsibility for their goal setting, ongoing feedback and career development support.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
- Solving complex client problems through relevant analytical approaches and customized solutions within the Biopharma Commercial topic area
- Owning and driving the development of digital and AI products and tools across the Biopharma Commercial topic area, including diagnostic, benchmarking, and optimization tools that enhance the speed and quality of client delivery
- Defining and managing roadmaps for topic-specific products and tools together with topic leadership, ensuring assets remain differentiated, current, and commercially relevant across geographies and industries
- Bridging business and technology by translating requirements into scalable digital and AI-enabled solutions, and collaborating effectively with engineering and development teams in an agile environment
- Owning internal and external marketing and commercialization of products and tools
- Communicating with senior stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to engage your audience effectively
- Managing a portfolio of projects and products, with strong awareness of business priorities and commercial impact
- Training, coaching, and mentoring junior team members
- Working in an ever changing and complex environment, and comfortable with ambiguity and navigating a fast-paced environment
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years consulting experience in Biopharma Commercial related topics and/or AI and Digital product development and management required; candidates with consulting experience preferred
- In lieu of consulting experience, 4+ years minimum industry experience (clinical or biopharma) required; 6-10+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
- Expertise in structuring and executing healthcare claims data analysis with at least +2 years of experience. Experience with EMR analysis is also welcome.
- Experience working with AI/GenAI applications in a product or business context
- Solid understanding of modern data and technology architectures, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical concepts and collaborate effectively with engineering and data teams
- Familiarity with agile product development methodologies and tools
- Fluency in English; other languages requested in certain locations
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.
The base salary range for this role in Boston, Chicago, Washington D.C and New York is $136600 -$142500.
This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 20% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
