The Opportunity
As a Managed Services - Onshore Delivery Lead you will lead multiple service delivery workstreams focused on transitioning and running outsourced solutions, managing delivery teams, programs, commercials, performance, and delivery risk within our Managed Services practice. As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects, advise clients at a strategic level, use sound judgment across complex situations, and coach diverse teams to solve problems and drive operational excellence. In this role at PwC, you will bring together project management, process improvement, and technology skills to help clients streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency while adapting services, tools, and delivery approaches to shifting business needs.
Responsibilities
- Leading onshore delivery activities for managed services programs, coordinating service transitions, run operations, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Directing delivery teams through complex client environments while balancing service levels, performance metrics, delivery risk, and commercial priorities
- Advising client stakeholders on process optimization, operating model design, and opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce operating cost
- Developing delivery plans, milestones, and dependencies for multiple workstreams, using project management and workforce planning skills to align resources with demand
- Applying systems thinking to identify root causes, troubleshoot performance issues, and implement process improvement actions across service operations
- Building trusted relationships with client leadership and internal teams to communicate progress, surface risks, and align expectations around service outcomes
- Coaching team members through ambiguity and change, promoting accountability, sound judgment, and consistent execution across the delivery model
- Monitoring service performance, validating results against agreed service commitments, and recommending corrective actions when delivery falls off track
- Translating complex operational and technology issues into clear, actionable updates that support decision making and informed escalation
- Driving disciplined execution of managed services processes, tools, and governance routines to support service continuity and ongoing transformation
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Engineering
- Demonstrating onshore delivery leadership within managed services environments
- Applying systems thinking to service delivery and process improvement
- Crafting client messages that tell a holistic story

- Initiating coaching conversations and developing inclusive teams

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
