At Baker City Clinic - Eastern Oregon Medical Associates, we are committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families throughout the community. As a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), you will play an important role in supporting providers, coordinating patient care, and creating a positive experience for patients in a collaborative family medicine setting. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, thrives in a team-oriented environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional care.

Schedule: Full-time clinic schedule, Monday through Friday, with hours determined by clinic needs.
What You Can Expect From This Role
- Assist providers with in-office procedures, treatments, medications, and other clinical tasks within scope of practice.
- Room patients, obtain vital signs, collect health histories, document in the electronic medical record, and prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
- Support patient care through follow-up communication, care coordination, referrals, and patient education.
- Help manage clinic workflow while delivering exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
- Contribute to a welcoming, efficient clinic environment that supports both patients and team members.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients by supporting their ongoing healthcare needs across all stages of life.

CMA Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Certifications
- Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
- Current recognized National Certification as a Medical Assistant from one of the following organizations: NCCT, NAHP, AMT, AAMA, AMCA, or NHA.
