- Own priorities, sequencing, capacity assumptions, delivery waterlines, dependencies, and readiness criteria.
- Lead strategic Alternative Credit initiatives, including Alternative Data, Blended Scores, integrations, compliance, modernization, and customer onboarding.
- Resolve competing priorities using customer value, impact, risk, feasibility, urgency, and opportunity cost.
- Maintain predictable delivery by surfacing trade-offs and driving timely corrective action.

Cross Functional Program Leadership

- Lead complex delivery across Solutions, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Compliance, Operations, Architecture, Customer Success, and support teams.
- Turn roadmap commitments into outcome-based plans with clear milestones, owners, forecasts, dependencies, and success measures.
- Manage cross-team risks, impediments, and decisions; escalate with clear options, impacts, and recommendations.
- Establish planning, forecasting, risk-review, and KPI cadences that improve transparency and accountability.
- Provide stakeholders clear visibility into delivery health, changes, and corrective actions.

Product Development Lifecycle Ownership

- Own delivery from discovery and commitment through launch, adoption, and iteration.
- Maintain traceability across outcomes, roadmap commitments, requirements, delivery plans, releases, and results.
- Re-plan using customer feedback, KPIs, regulatory changes, risk, capacity, and readiness.

- Balance timeline, scope, quality, technical debt, and operational risk in delivery recommendations.
- Partner with engineering to monitor reliability, defects, stability, and post-launch outcomes.
- Use root-cause analysis and lessons learned to reduce recurring issues and rework.

Technical Expectations

The Technical Product Manager understands application architecture, data flows, integration patterns, cloud constraints, and operational considerations well enough to guide delivery decisions with engineering.

- Clear written and verbal communication for business, technical, and senior leadership audiences.
- Ability to influence without authority and strengthen the practices of junior TPMs and partner teams.
- Preferred: Experience with credit risk, consumer reporting, FCRA, model governance, alternative data, scores or predictive models, cloud modernization, and GCP or AWS in an online environment; SAFe PO/PM or related certification.
