What You Will Do

- Manage project development from initiation to completion

- Be accountable for project

- Work with all stakeholders to complete project outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, etc.

- Clearly communicate expectations to team members

- Act as mediator between stakeholders and team members

- Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project life

- Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved with change order

- Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis

- Procure work and develop new relationships

What You Will Need to be Successful

- Minimum 3 years work experience in electrical project management required

- Degree in Construction Management, Business, or Engineering preferred

- Solid knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating and engineering principals and techniques

- Must be capable of electrical estimating to produce job change orders, evaluate and apply job estimates and assist with new estimates as required

- Must be proficient with project management tools and software Experience with Accubid Estimating systems is preferred

- Knowledge of and experience with integrated job cost systems to budget, and evaluate reports

- Knowledge of and experience with design-build delivery models

- Experience with identification and quantification of project impacts

- Ability to use commercial judgment in customer relations

- Extensive knowledge and experience in estimating, including the ability to accurately assess project costs and provide comprehensive estimates.

- Proven track record of effectively managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
