Summary

The Senior Regional Sales Manager (Mid-West Coast) is responsible for accelerating WinCan’s software growth across the assigned region, with a strong focus on inspection, asset management, Enterprise, and cloud-based solutions. The role combines strategic business development, key account management, and hands-on sales execution, working directly with municipalities, utilities, contractors, and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and execute the regional growth strategy for WinCan software solutions.

- Drive new customer acquisition and expand strategic existing accounts.

- Develop business with municipalities, utilities, contractors, and infrastructure operators.

- Lead complex software sales opportunities from customer engagement and

- Accelerate adoption of WinCan Enterprise, cloud-based solutions, and new digital technologies.

- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and deliver against regional revenue and growth targets.

- Develop strategic relationships with key decision makers and identify long-term customer opportunities.

- Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Customer Success, and technical teams to translate market needs into commercial opportunities.

- Provide market intelligence on customer trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in inspection and infrastructure asset management.

- Represent WinCan at key industry events, customer meetings, and strategic partner engagements.

Requirements

- 7+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in software, SaaS, infrastructure technology, asset management, or a related market.

- Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets and developing a region or territory.

- Experience managing complex, consultative software sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and senior decision makers.

- Proven ability to develop strategic accounts while independently generating new business.

- Strong commercial and negotiation skills, including experience with enterprise-level contracts and solutions.

- Ability to operate independently, prioritize opportunities, and take full ownership of regional sales performance.

- Comfortable engaging with senior executives, municipal and utility leaders, contractors, and technical stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of CRM, pipeline management, forecasting, and disciplined sales processes.

- Ability to act as a senior commercial representative of WinCan in the market and contribute to broader business and go-to-market strategy.

- Strong customer-facing mindset with the willingness to spend significant time in the field developing customers and closing opportunities.

- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 60% within the assigned region, including customer visits, software demonstrations, industry events, partner meetings, and occasional international travel.

Total Rewards
The compensation range for this position is $61,200.00 - $91,800.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
