The Opportunity
As a Senior Manager, Internal Investigations (Forensics Investigations) you will lead internal investigations and support the resolution of claims, disputes, and potential fraud matters through forensic accounting, investigative, valuation, and economic skills within our Internal Firm Services practice. As a Senior Manager you will leverage influence, sound judgment, and strategic advising skills to guide complex work, develop diverse teams, and communicate clear, thoughtful messages to stakeholders. In this role at PwC, you will oversee multiple workstreams, validate findings with clients and internal stakeholders, coach team members through ambiguity, and help identify issues that may affect compliance, conduct, and business integrity.
Responsibilities
- Leading internal investigations involving fraud, misconduct, ethical concerns, and regulatory issues across complex business situations
- Planning investigative approaches, scoping workstreams, and aligning timelines, evidence needs, and reporting requirements
- Conducting witness interviews, reviewing records, and analyzing financial transactions to identify patterns, gaps, and potential exposure
- Applying forensic accounting methods, claims management systems, and digital tooling to support fact finding and case development
- Drafting clear investigative reports, case summaries, and recommendations for leadership and legal stakeholders
- Advising on financial crime prevention, compliance oversight, corrective actions, and regulatory response activities
- Coordinating sensitive case handling, attorney client privilege considerations, and confidentiality requirements throughout the investigation lifecycle
- Coaching team members, reviewing work products, and guiding complex matters through ambiguity and changing priorities
- Building relationships across business, legal, compliance, and risk teams to move investigations forward and resolve issues
- Identifying process improvements that strengthen fraud detection, investigation quality, and claims risk management
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 6 years of experience

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
