Job Title: Order Management Representative Job Description
We are seeking a customer-focused professional to support order management, customer service, inventory coordination, and sales support activities. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately, shipments are coordinated efficiently, and customer needs are addressed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Process customer inquiries, orders, and order updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams on product delivery, service issues, and customer requests.
- Manage order bookings and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate shipments.
- Track order status and provide customers with timely updates.
- Support sales efforts by maintaining customer relationships and identifying opportunities.
- Assist with promotions, customer development, and business growth initiatives.
- Prepare reports and analyze order, inventory, and customer data.
- Apply sound judgment to resolve routine issues and escalate complex matters as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or 2-4 years of experience in customer service, sales support, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with ERP or business management systems preferred.
- Japanese language skills are a plus, but not required.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position with work hours from Monday to Friday, either 7:30 AM to 4:15 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role offers a hybrid work environment with up to 10% travel. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with customers, sales, operations, and supply chain teams in a fast-paced setting, allowing you to directly impact customer satisfaction and business success.

This is a Permanent position based out of Georgetown, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $55000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
