About this role

The Project Coordinator provides administrative, logistical, and project support to ensure the efficient execution of construction projects. This role works closely with Project Managers and leadership to maintain documentation, coordinate project activities, and support daily operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Support daily project and office operations through administrative and organizational assistance.
- Maintain project records, compliance documentation, air monitoring reports, and DOH notifications.
- Process daily reports, timesheets, leave requests, and certification logs.
- Prepare and organize project closeout packages and required project documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for field and office personnel.
- Assist with waste profiling, manifests, and related project documentation.
- Provide support to Project Managers and leadership on project-related tasks.
- Track project activities and maintain required forms, logs, and reports.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
- Assist with project-specific duties such as employee badging, access credentials, submittals, purchasing, equipment coordination, and pre-construction activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Prior construction industry or related experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to quickly learn procedures, systems, and project requirements.
- Professional, reliable, and adaptable with a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of military projects, procedures, or construction accounting software (e.g., Timberline) is a plus.

This is a hourly position with an hourly rate of $23-$26/hr based on experience. The position is also posted with the true salary range as it is expected to 40 hours/week. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $54080.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
