Summary:
Partners with Supply Chain staff as well as other management within the organization to perform cost impact analysis, data validation, and inventory analysis; manage a savings tracker looking at real time savings versus projected savings as well as generating monthly, quarterly and annual reports; track and report supply chain service line metrics; improve management effectiveness of contract/project savings initiatives; provide budgetary monitoring.
Responsibilities:
* Decision Impact Analysis - Utilize financial, statistical and analytical skills, in concert with operational experience, to develop cost savings impact models for decision making purposes with Leadership, which includes developing methodologies to validate savings. Utilize benchmarking on other statistical tools to assess savings opportunities and validate savings impact.
* Program/Project Oversight - Manage the Savings Tracker for all initiatives comparing real time savings versus projected savings, generate reports associated with Savings Tracker monthly, quarterly and annually, and perform accuracy testing on savings. Utilize Lawson, GPO and other tools to provide and maintain proactive analytical support for savings initiatives and compliance. This includes utilizing benchmarking and other statistical tools to identify potential savings opportunities for the organization.
* Supply Chain Metrics - Manage the monthly supply chain metrics utilizing supply chain and financial tools to develop metrics reports for Leadership monthly, quarterly and annually. Utilize benchmarking and statistical tools to assess performance of metrics.
* Inventory Analysis - Perform inventory analysis for supply chain on a monthly basis and generate report findings.
* Budget Development and Monitoring - Coordinate with operational leadership to forecast spend volumes and savings to assist in development of the Supply Chain budget. This includes monthly monitoring of the budget.
* Run routine reports and develop ad-hoc reports as needed to include working with multiple disparate data sources including Accounts Payable, PO file history, EDI and ERP transactions, price files and supplier sales reporting.

How You’ll Be Successful:
WORK EXPERIENCE
* At least 3 years related experience Required
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 2010 (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook) Required
* Advanced analytical skills with a high degree of initiative. Proficient in the use of macros, pivot tables, Vlookups, charts and graphs Required
* Proficient in ERP system and related platforms Required
* Strong project management skills with ability to translate multiple objectives and tasks and prioritize accordingly Required
* Strong communication, presentation, writing and reporting skills Required
* Healthcare industry experience Preferred
Specific/Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) and managing supplier and/or contract relationships.
- Experience supporting strategic sourcing or contracting initiatives , including identifying opportunities for cost savings, cost avoidance, or product/service standardization.
- Experience utilizing data and analytics to support supply chain, contracting, sourcing, or purchasing decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to research and resolve pricing, contract, supplier, or operational issues.
- Experience using supply chain systems and tools , including ERP systems, contract management platforms, purchasing/procurement systems, and/or analytics tools.
