Summary:
The Program Manager, Student Programs is responsible for managing students and programs who participate in corporate, community, and academic programs at Children's Health. Collaborates with leadership and external partners to determine the appropriate quantity of students, and to establish priorities for identifying/accepting diverse students for the workforce pipeline programs. Develops and administers processes that will ensure cohort acceptance, onboarding, and outcomes tracking. Coordinates with all hosting and supporting departments.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborates with external partners on criteria for student partnerships that align with human resources and clinical operations.
* Collaborates with others to develop processes and measures to understand the value derived from student programs.
* Manages programs, develops objectives, content, and logistics.
* Reports and analyzes programmatic outcomes and impacts and make recommendations.
* Creates positive learning and development experiences for the program participants.
* Aligns programs with organization goals and diversity, equity, and inclusion priorities.
* Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve processes.
* Manages regulations and relationships that provide student program governance.
* Serves as a contact for corporate, community, and academic partnerships and manages cohort and program components.
* Communicates and collaborates with universities/schools and their faculty to promote understanding of Children’s Health affiliation requirements. Address concerns about students or instructors and/or staff.
* Manages operational functions related to student programs, support submission/renewal of contract requests; Ensure compliance with all pre-arrival requirements; and Facilitate student and instructor access to materials.
How You’ll Be Successful:
WORK EXPERIENCE
* At least 5 years Job category specific experience Required
EDUCATION
* Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Required
* Graduate or professional work or advanced degree; or equivalent experience Preferred
