As a Strategy Consultant specializing in Compliance & Conduct Risk, you will advise and strategize with clients to develop solutions that address their most complex regulatory issues while minimizing overall risk and aligning with their business strategy. You will work predominantly with financial institutions, providing expert guidance to navigate intricate regulatory landscapes. Your primary responsibilities will include: Develop Regulatory Solutions: Collaborate with clients to design and implement tailored solutions that mitigate compliance and conduct risks, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives and business goals. Strategize Risk Minimization: Advise clients on effective strategies to minimize their overall risk exposure, taking into account the complexities of regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Provide Expert Guidance: Offer authoritative counsel to clients on regulatory matters, leveraging deep expertise in compliance and conduct risk to inform their decision-making processes. Support financial institutions in assessing, designing, and enhancing fraud risk management programs across payments fraud, account takeover, identity theft, check fraud, card fraud, and emerging digital fraud threats. Conduct fraud risk assessments, control reviews, and fraud operating model evaluations to identify vulnerabilities, strengthen controls, and improve detection and response capabilities. Assist clients with fraud strategy development, fraud governance, and regulatory remediation initiatives, helping align programs with evolving regulatory expectations and industry leading practices. Analyze fraud typologies, fraud losses, and detection performance metrics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for control optimization. Support the implementation and tuning of fraud detection technologies, analytics, AI, and machine learning solutions to improve fraud prevention while minimizing customer friction . • Deep Expertise in Regulatory Compliance: Proven experience in developing and implementing regulatory solutions for financial institutions, with a strong understanding of compliance and conduct risk management. • Strategic Risk Management: Experience in designing and executing strategies to minimize risk exposure for clients, taking into account regulatory requirements and industry best practices. • Industry-Specific Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry, including its regulatory landscape, business operations, and strategic objectives. • Solution Development: Experience in collaborating with clients to design and implement tailored solutions that address complex regulatory issues and align with their business strategy. • Authoritative Counsel: Proven ability to provide expert guidance to clients on regulatory matters, leveraging deep expertise in compliance and conduct risk to inform their decision-making processes. • Advanced Regulatory Knowledge: Experience with regulatory frameworks and standards governing financial institutions, including anti-money laundering, data protection, and financial reporting requirements. • Enterprise Risk Management: Deep understanding of enterprise risk management principles, including risk assessment, mitigation, and monitoring, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a consulting setting. • Financial Services Acumen: In-depth knowledge of financial services products, services, and operations, including banking, securities, and insurance, with the ability to understand the complexities of these businesses.
