Join the Windows Cloud organization and help shape the next generation of experiences for Windows 365 Cloud PCs.</p><p>As a <strong>Product Manager II</strong>, you will help define and deliver experiences that make interacting with a Cloud PC feel increasingly like working on a local PC. You will lead product work across performance and end-user experience, identifying the moments that matter most to customers, defining how we measure them, and partnering with engineering and design to turn insights into product improvements.</p><p>This product role requires an understanding of technical concepts and the ability to work closely with engineering teams to solve complex customer and product challenges. You will work across Windows and cloud technologies, use customer feedback and product data to understand experience gaps, and help teams make informed product and engineering investments. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.</div><br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br><ul><li>Define product requirements, scenarios, success criteria, and priorities for responsive, reliable, high-quality Windows 365 Cloud PC experiences.</li><li>Own key end-to-end user journeys and identify opportunities to make Cloud PC interactions feel more natural and responsive across applications, communications, media, and everyday productivity.</li><li>Partner closely with engineering, design, research, other product teams, and external technology partners to translate customer needs and product insights into prioritized investments.</li><li>Use telemetry, customer feedback, experimentation, and technical analysis to understand experience gaps, form hypotheses, and measure the impact of product improvements.</li><li>Work directly with customers and partners to understand real-world environments, investigate experience challenges, validate solutions, and incorporate learnings into the product roadmap.</li><li>Drive product experiences from definition and design through implementation, validation, release readiness, and measurement, collaborating across organizational and technical boundaries.</li><li>Communicate product strategy, customer problems, tradeoffs, priorities, and outcomes clearly to technical teams, partners, and senior stakeholders.</li></ul><br><br><b>Qualifications</b><br><h3>Required/minimum qualifications:</h3><div><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development<ul><li>OR equivalent experience.</li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>Other Requirements:</strong>Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:<br><strong>Microsoft Cloud Background Check</strong>: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.</p><div><div><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications: </strong></p></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development<ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>OR equivalent experience.</li></ul></li><li>Experience working with engineering, design, research, or other technical teams to define and deliver product experiences.</li><li>Experience improving end-user experiences for performance-sensitive or technically complex products such as cloud services, operating systems, devices, endpoint technologies, networking, media, graphics, virtualization, or related systems.</li><li>Ability to understand technical systems and architecture, investigate complex product or performance issues, ask effective technical questions, and translate findings into product requirements and priorities.</li><li>Experience using product metrics, telemetry, experimentation, performance measurements, or quality benchmarks to inform product decisions.</li><li>Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries and/or with external technology partners to deliver product outcomes.</li><li>Experience understanding customer needs and translating customer feedback into product priorities and investments.</li><li>Experience using AI-enabled tools, prototyping, or data-driven methods to explore product ideas, synthesize insights, or inform product decisions.</li><li>Effective written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.</li></ul><p> </p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>#W+DJOBS</li></ul></div></div></div> <br><br><p>Product Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $102,100 - $202,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,800 - $219,200 per year. </p><p></p> <p>Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
