You will be responsible for articulating the roadmap and vision at an executive level and ensuring the enhancements drive tangible outcomes that supports the needs of various product teams that leverage our signals and capabilities and closely tracking AI usage and adoption. </span><span> </span></p><p> </p></div><div><p><span>Commercial Sales Experiences organization is part of Microsoft Commercial Business (MCB) responsible for all systems and tools to drive Cloud and AI Solutions to help customers realize value for their investments, by supporting Microsoft Field and Corp resources with programmatic and scalable assets. Commercial Sales Experiences Engineering team is responsible for driving and building apps and engineering solutions to enable key seller roles across MCB. Leverages data and performance metrics (e.g., OKRs and KPIs) to demonstrate the value of the program and show business impact through storytelling and using scorecards and realtime dashboards. Adapts communication style and storytelling strategy according to audience and business needs.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Defines and tracks the success criteria (e.g., return on investment [ROI], service level agreements [SLAs], objectives and key results [OKRs] and key performance indicators [KPIs]) and performance metrics (e.g., quality, adoption, usage, impact, effectiveness) for the program, and identifies which data will result in data-driven decision making.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Drives prioritization and decision making for leaders across the organization by creating clarity in ambiguous situations. Partners with the leadership team to develop and execute program planning processes, ensuring coordination with MCB planning and prioritization processes as well as planning integration across the broader organization. Collaborates with the leadership team to ensure content meets expectations to articulate objectives that are in alignment with the goals of the organization</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Collect and synthesize seller feedback, analyze metrics to maintain operating standards and constantly refine content signals capabilities.  </span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Educate and drive adoption of new AI experiences. </span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div></div><br><br><b>Qualifications</b><br><div><div><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong> </p></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. </p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><p> <br><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong> </p><ul><li>Experience in managing product roadmap for developing AI models and algorithms.  </li></ul><ul><li><span>Experience in executive communication, outlining the product vision, storytelling and presenting complex scenarios in executive ready parlance.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Experience understanding product needs, validate hypotheses, and make informed prioritization decisions.  </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Experience taking initiative, influences outcomes, in fast-paced and evolving contexts. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Experience in AI-first content management, Trust, and Safety. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>MBA with concentration on either product management, product strategy, operations management, business management, and content strategy.  </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Experience designing product solutions based on evidence; delivering value-adding products, and/or organizational or process changes that benefit the business.  </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Experience working with international partners across different time zones and cultures.  </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Data analysis experience for product design and knowledge of methods for researching and analyzing product designs to determine their potential for meeting organizational standards and business needs.  </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Written and verbal communication experience.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Experience in presenting to senior leadership on regular cadence. </span></li></ul><p> </p></div></div> <br><br><p>Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year. </p><p></p> <p>Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
