Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and compassionate care
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Assist with mobility, walking, and transfers
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Provide medication reminders as directed
- Care between client assignments as scheduled
- Follow each client's care plan and safety guidelines
- Communicate client needs or concerns to the care team

Qualifications
- 1 year of recent professional caregiving experience (preferred)
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
- Available for consistent weekend evening shifts, 4:00 PM–10:00 PM
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation for client-to-client assignments
