Schedule: Friday–Monday | 8:00 AM–8:00 PM | 12-hour shifts

Open Arms Solutions is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Caregiver to provide quality care and support to seniors in a senior living community in Lindenhurst, IL .

We are actively recruiting caregivers who live in Gurnee and nearby communities and are looking for a consistent Friday–Monday schedule with 12-hour shifts .

Responsibilities

- Provide compassionate companionship and support to senior clients

- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care

- Assist with showering, bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs

- Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation

- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

- Provide medication reminders as directed by the care plan

- Follow each client's care plan and safety guidelines

- Monitor and communicate changes in the client's condition or needs

- Maintain a safe, clean, comfortable, and respectful environment

Qualifications

- At least 1 year of recent professional caregiving experience

- Previous live-in or extended-shift caregiving experience preferred

- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional

- Comfortable providing hands-on personal care

- Able to commit to a consistent Friday–Monday schedule

- Reliable transportation to the Lindenhurst work location

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
