Inova Fairfax Medical is seeking a dedicated Administrative Coordinator Sr to join the Dept. of Medicine team. This role will manage system level scheduling for physicians.

Schedule: Full-time, On-site. Monday – Friday (8:30am – 5pm or 9am – 5:30pm)

Administrative Coordinator Sr Responsibilities:

- Manages calendars, schedules meetings, and coordinates travel arrangements.
- Prepares correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Supports departmental operations, including supply ordering, invoice processing, and timekeeping.
- Assists with onboarding and training of new staff or temporary personnel.
- Ensures maintenance of hard copy and computer files; Builds and maintains databases using Access, Excel, and specialized database applications.
- Supports compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
- Revises and drafts processes and procedures as needed to support efficient and effective department operations.
- Processes requisitions, invoices, and expense reports and other budget management and tracking activities as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Education: High School or GED.
- Experience: Five (5) years’ relevant office or healthcare experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Education: Associates Degree and above
- Previous experience as an Admin Coordinator or Health system scheduler
