Job Title: Inventory Control Analyst Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Inventory Control Analyst to support a warehouse inventory improvement initiative. This role will work closely with Supply Chain and Warehouse teams to verify inventory accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and ensure inventory transactions are properly reflected within company systems. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being both on the warehouse floor and working with data to solve operational challenges.
Responsibilities
- Verify physical inventory against system records.
- Audit receiving, storage, picking, batching, and shipping transactions.
- Match purchase orders, inventory records, and shipping documentation.
- Investigate and document inventory discrepancies.
- Utilize Excel and inventory systems to analyze inventory movement data.
- Work directly with warehouse personnel and leadership to validate findings.
- Support ongoing inventory accuracy and process improvement initiatives.
Essential Skills
- Experience in inventory control, inventory reconciliation, warehouse operations, supply chain, or materials management.
- Experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Ability to identify and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Inventory Control Analyst or Inventory Specialist experience.
- Manufacturing, food manufacturing, or distribution experience.
- Experience with purchase orders, receiving, shipping, or inventory transactions.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
Work Environment
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting out from behind a desk and investigating operational processes firsthand. You'll spend time on the warehouse floor validating inventory transactions, working with warehouse teams, conducting inventory audits, and analyzing data in Excel to identify opportunities for improved inventory accuracy. The environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and focused on continuous improvement across warehouse and supply chain operations. Candidates must be comfortable entering the freezer environment and moving throughout the warehouse, although they will not spend their entire day in the freezer. Office space is available for data review and documentation work.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
