Job Title: Recruiter - Dallas Job Description
This role focuses on leading end-to-end recruitment for key positions, particularly within engineering, A&P skillset, and OEM environments. You will design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and contribute to strategic projects that enhance employer branding and recruitment processes. The position offers the opportunity to work on a long-term project with potential for full-time employment as future needs arise.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies for key positions, with a focus on engineering, A&P skillset, and OEM roles.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including needs assessment, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection, negotiation, and onboarding.
- Conduct market research to stay current on hiring trends, talent availability, and competitive practices, and advise stakeholders on effective recruitment strategies.
- Leverage technology tools and platforms, such as applicant tracking systems and digital sourcing tools, to optimize sourcing efforts and enhance the candidate experience.
- Develop and execute candidate generation strategies to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for complex and high-volume roles.
- Participate in strategic talent acquisition projects, including employer branding initiatives and recruitment process improvements.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and actively promote a positive image of the organization.
- Analyze recruitment performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance talent acquisition outcomes.
- Manage multiple requisitions and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with hiring stakeholders, building trusted relationships and influencing decisions to align recruitment outcomes with business needs.
Essential Skills
- 5 to 8 years of experience in recruitment, including complex and high-volume roles.
- Experience recruiting for engineering and A&P skillsets, particularly within OEM environments.
- Background in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience managing multiple roles in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- Strong ability to influence and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong client focus with an innovative mindset toward talent acquisition.
- Excellent command of sourcing techniques and digital tools, including applicant tracking systems and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Knowledge of market trends and recruitment best practices.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Team-oriented and results-driven approach with demonstrated influencing skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience contributing to employer branding initiatives and recruitment process improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Comfort working in hybrid environments that combine onsite and remote collaboration.
- Bilingual French and English skills are relevant for Montreal-based opportunities, though not required for the Dallas location.
Work Environment
This position operates in a hybrid work environment. After the training period, you will typically work three days onsite and two days remotely each week. You will use digital recruitment tools, including applicant tracking systems and online sourcing platforms, to manage requisitions and communicate with candidates and stakeholders. The work setting is fast-paced and dynamic, with a strong focus on collaboration, client service, and continuous improvement in talent acquisition practices.

This is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
