Position Overview
CLFC Healthcare and Communications is assembling the team it will propose to Anne Arundel County Public Schools for the district's Behavioral and Mental Health Residency Model, and is selecting the licensed mental health provider for it. Team members are named in our proposal with their resumes and credentials, and positions begin on contract award.
The residency places a multidisciplinary team of two BCBAs, eight Registered Behavior Technicians and a licensed mental health provider in twelve elementary schools. The schools serve high acuity students, with and without disabilities, who show significant social, emotional, behavioral and mental health needs.
You are the mental health voice on a behavioral team. Your role is consultative: you help BCBAs, teachers and school teams see how trauma, anxiety and emotional dysregulation shape what a student does at school, and you help build prevention, response and reentry plans that hold.

- Assist with prevention and response strategies for students with high acuity emotional or behavioral needs.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and support the integration of mental health supports into intervention planning.
