About the role | Mō te tūnga
Service Delivery Communications provides change communications advice and support, manages a range of digital channels including websites, and manages campaigns and direct marketing to enable the Service Delivery Group to deliver client-centred communications and engagement for staff, clients, providers, government partners and other stakeholders.
Our team is office-based to best support our stakeholders and our clients.
We’re looking for a savvy and collaborative Advisor to join our Online Content team in Wellington.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys writing and managing digital content, thrives on stakeholder engagement, and brings a strong technical mindset to their work.
You’ll be responsible for writing and loading online content, working closely with internal stakeholders, and contributing to a supportive team culture.
Collaboration is key, and you’ll need to be confident managing relationships across the organisation.
You’ll have relevant experience in online content creation and management, across one or more content management platforms..
We’re open to transferable skills and welcome applications from candidates who can demonstrate their ability to adapt and are interested in web governance, analytics, accessibility, web usability, customer-centred design, and plain language.
