As the Advisor, People and Culture, you will be responsible for providing practical people and employment relations advice and support. You will also play a critical role in our Wellbeing, Health and Safety responsibilities.
This is a fixed-term or secondment (internal or external) opportunity through to 31 March 2027.
Your work programme will include:
- the implementation of the Leaders framework and hub
- the review of several key organisational policies and processes
- Supporting the review of our recruitment processes
- Several employment relations projects
This work programme will be in addition to your business as usual activities, such as delivering our recruitment processes and managing the People and Culture inbox.

You will bring:
- demonstrated experience in providing employment advice and managing ER issues
- experience supporting Wellbeing, Health and Safety responsibilities, including monitoring, reporting and follow up actions to keep our people safe at work.
- ability to contribute and sometimes lead People and Culture initiatives and projects
- ability to manage a varied workload and work collaboratively across the organisation
