We are excited to share a new opportunity! PrideStaff, a nationally recognized staffing company, has been given an opportunity to assist a top employer in Fort Myers! The right candidate for this position will be detail oriented, organized and have outstanding customer service skills.

Position Title:  Dispatcher / Customer Service

Location: Fort Myers, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Full-Time)
Pay Rate: $17.50 / hour

Dispatcher / Customer Service Key Responsibilities
Act as the central point of contact for end-users, drivers, and internal departments to track shipments and resolve issues efficiently. Maintain accurate operational records, analyze department data, and compile actionable reports to streamline team performance. Identify operational bottlenecks, handle customer and driver concerns, and route complex matters to the appropriate department heads. Participate in and lead administrative meetings to align department goals and improve workflow. Assist with scheduling/dispatching duties as needed to support overall operational success.

Dispatcher / Customer Service Qualifications & Skills
prior administrative, clerical, or dispatching experience is strongly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, articulate, and professional phone etiquette. Hands-on experience with office software, database management, and standard office hardware (computers, multiline phones, scanners). Outstanding organizational skills, strong multi-tasking capabilities, and a solution-oriented mindset. A collaborative team player with natural leadership capabilities and a strong dedication to top-tier customer service.
