Production Line Technician
PrideStaff has partnered with a manufacturing client to recruit a skilled, detail-oriented Production Line Technician. In this hands-on role, you will perform disassembling, modifying, and reassembling original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and aftermarket components.

Key Responsibilities
System Modifications: Perform hands-on disassembly, custom modification, and reassembly across key systems. Precision Technical Assembly: Interpret work instructions, engineering diagrams, blueprints, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to execute conversion tasks with high accuracy. Compliance & Tool Usage: Safely operate hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and specialized production fixtures while strictly adhering to factory torque specs and engineering guidelines. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough visual and functional inspections on completed work for alignment, fitment, and overall finish. Immediately report any safety or quality discrepancies. Safety & Workplace Standards: Maintain a clean, structured workspace following 5S principles, required PPE standards, and workplace safety guidelines. Production Excellence: Consistently meet established safety, quality, and takt-time production targets in a dynamic team environment.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of vehicle mechanics and components. Proven ability to read and follow written work instructions, shop diagrams, and standard operating procedures. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Prior experience in automotive assembly, mechanical assembly, or manufacturing environments would be a plus. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts or fast-paced production lines. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and kneel for extended periods; capability to lift and move up to 50 lbs safely.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
