Executive Manufacturing Leadership Opportunity
BASX is seeking a transformational manufacturing executive to lead one of its key operations as Site Leader (Director of Manufacturing).

Scope & Organizational Impact
Serves as the senior manufacturing leader for BASX's Redmond operation, directing a workforce of more than 500 employees across a manufacturing footprint exceeding 300,000 square feet. Responsible for shaping manufacturing strategy, leading operational transformation, guiding capital investments, and building the organizational capabilities required to support continued growth and market leadership.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Requires a four-year ABET-accredited degree in engineering with significant experience in manufacturing technology; 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, including leadership of large-scale initiatives; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Advanced degrees and certifications in quality control or advanced manufacturing are preferred.

Work Environment:
The Director, Manufacturing operates in both office and production environments, with frequent interaction across departments and facilities.
• Work is performed in a combination of office and factory settings
• Exposure to loud noise, dust, temperature fluctuations, and industrial equipment
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required when on the production floor
• Frequent collaboration with engineering, operations, quality, and executive leadership teams
• This position is designated as a safety-sensitive role and is subject to drug and alcohol testing, including random testing
• Compliance with all company safety and operational policies is mandatory
