About this role
- Collect, verify, and maintain a centralized database of regional development projects, tracking their status as completed, ongoing, planned, or future phases.
- Structure and organize development work packages, ensuring every work item is clearly linked, categorized, and supported by necessary preparatory tasks.
- Assist in building and integrating the master development schedule by aligning timelines, milestones, dependencies, and inter-departmental plans.
- Collaborate with planning teams to create and update spatial development maps, visually representing project statuses across the master plan.
- Perform regular data validation on the development database to ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability across all planning records.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align project scopes, schedules, and priorities, while preparing periodic reports and presentations for management.
Requirements
- Min. 3-5 years of experience in project planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urban and Regional Planning, Architecture, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project
- Familiar with AutoCAD: GIS/QGIS experience is an advantage
- Familiar with development planning, work package structuring, scheduling, and project database management
- Able to read and interpret masterplans, site plans, engineering drawings and development layouts
- Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional coordination skills
