About this role

Responsibilities:

- Assist in reviewing and supporting the implementation of HR policies, processes and initiatives aligned with organisational and business objectives.

- Support manpower planning activities by gathering and analysing workforce data to understand current and future talent requirements.

- Assist in talent attraction, management and development initiatives to support business and organisational needs.

- Support the development and implementation of HR programmes, tools and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organisational performance.

- Provide administrative and operational support on various HR matters under the guidance of HR team members and senior stakeholders.

- Assist in employee relations activities, including supporting the documentation and coordination of employee cases, investigations and conflict resolution processes.

- Participate in HR projects, training sessions and business discussions to develop practical knowledge of HR practices and business operations.

- Assist in preparing HR reports, analysing people-related data and generating insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Industrial Relations or a related discipline.

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internship or project experience in HR, people management or organisational development is an added advantage.

- Good understanding of basic HR practices, including talent management, employee engagement, manpower planning and employee relations.

- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
