Support Center - Irving
The Senior Planner looks at the "big picture." They manage the most complex categories and mentor junior team members while refining the tools and processes used by the team.
Major Activities
- Strategic Forecasting: Manage complex, high-impact unit demand forecasts; lead initiatives to improve overall forecast accuracy metrics across the department.
- E2E Lifecycle Optimization: Oversee the total lifecycle of high-volume categories, ensuring inventory turns are optimized from launch to exit.
- Influence & Insight: Bring deep historical and competitive insights to cross-functional leadership to pivot the assortment strategy for future seasons.
- Risk Management: Develop high-level exit strategies for distressed inventory and lead the team in reacting to major shifts in business performance.
- Expert Partnership: Act as the lead inventory business partner for senior category managers, ensuring inventory goals align with broader financial targets.

Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Type of Experience Required
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) highly valued.
- 5–8+ years of experience in inventory planning or supply chain strategy.
- Demonstrated track record of managing high-volume, complex product categories.
