We are seeking an AI Creative Engineer based in India to join a founding team focused on creating AI agents that produce high-performing short-form video ads for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging short-form video content optimized for social media performance.
Develop and build automated agent workflows using AI coding tools to streamline video production.
Contribute creatively with significant control over the content and process.
Work remotely on a full-time basis (contract positions may be considered).
Qualifications:
4 to 6 years of relevant experience preferred, though demonstrated proof of work is more important than years.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative work and the tools used to produce it.
Compensation: Salary range from 30 to 50 LPA.
