We're seeking someone to join our team as an Amenities Manager to lead the delivery and continuous evolution of workplace amenities across Bengaluru, creating a first-class employee and guest experience through strong operational leadership, innovation and partnership.
In the Corporate Services division, we empower our businesses by creating collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services that enhance the employee and client experience, while optimizing the value of our sourcing and third-party lifecycle to enable the Firm to do-and-win business. This is a Director level position within the Facilities Amenities team.

What you'll do in the role:
· Lead end-to-end delivery of Bengaluru amenities services, ensuring a consistent, first-class employee, guest and VIP experience.
· Oversee the Bengaluru fitness and wellbeing offering, including fitness center operations, membership administration, service-partner performance and the overall employee experience.
· Provide strong operational governance across service partners, driving performance against agreed service standards, KPIs and commercial objectives.
· Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, business partners and vendors, proactively addressing service needs, risks and opportunities.
· Lead operational readiness and execution for workplace projects, events and service changes, coordinating effectively across internal teams and external partners.
· Use employee feedback, operational data and performance insights to identify trends, improve services and drive measurable business outcomes.
· Champion continuous improvement and the responsible adoption of Firm-approved technology and AI tools to enhance efficiency, decision-making and the workplace experience.
What you'll bring to the role:
· 5+ years of relevant hospitality, workplace and facilities amenities experience, with demonstrated experience delivering high-quality services in a complex operating environment.
· Strong operational leadership and vendor-management experience, including service performance, commercial management and continuous improvement.
· Proven ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders, manage competing priorities and respond confidently to operational issues and escalations. Strong understanding of risk, health and safety, food safety, business continuity and the governance requirements associated with workplace services.
· Strong analytical and commercial capabilities, with experience using financial, operational and service data to inform decisions and improve performance.
· A strategic, innovative and hands-on mindset, with an interest in emerging workplace trends, technology and responsible use of digital and AI-enabled tools.
