Your role Key responsibilities in your new role

- Industrial Engineering Studies:   Conduct standard validations, time studies, material and method studies, data collection to determine IE standard and productivity improvement
- Operational Efficiency:   Analyze and define operational efficiency opportunities for Personnel,Capital, Material and Area cost
- Layout Optimization:  Supporting for Layout design and area efficiency improvement
- IE Methodologies :  Deployment of IE tools and methodologies in conducting studies, datacollection and projects
- Manufacturing Standards & KPIs :  Supporting and establish manufacturing standards and performance KPIs
- Cross-Functional Improvement:   Take the responsibility for productivity improvements with crossfunctional teams
- Data Automation:   Automation of data collection and evaluation

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

- Education:  Bachelor's degree or higher
vocational education in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, or a
related field
- Experience:  1-3 years of relevant
professional experience
- Language Skills:  Intermediate English
proficiency; German is an advantage
- Technical Skills:  Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft
Excel, and SAP
