work closely with the site leadership team on strategic and cross-functional
topics while providing dedicated executive support to one of the two Managing
Directors.

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

- Support of the Managing Directors  in operational, organizational, and strategic matters
- Planning, coordinating, and tracking management reviews , workshops , committee meetings , events , as well as national and international business travel
- Preparation of presentations, analyses, reports , and decision-making materials for various management levels
- Independent coordination and execution of cross-functional projects and strategic special initiatives
- Professional stakeholder managemen t and ensuring a smooth flow of information and communication across the organization
- Ensuring efficient calendar and schedule management for the Managing Directors, including the coordination of executive visits and guest management activities

across all levels of the organization. Combining initiative, discretion, and a
strong sense of ownership, you proactively advance key topics and turn
decisions into action.

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

- Completed university degree or commercial vocational training with an additional relevant qualification
- Ideally, first professional experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Management Assistant in an international environment
- Strong experience in preparing analyses , reports, and management materials
- Excellent organizational skills combined with solid project management capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong affinity for new digital tools and technologies
- Fluent German (B2) and English language skills , with the ability to interact confidently across different levels of the organization
